It’s a pleasure to meet you, my fellow visitor. My name is Stanka, but my friends call me Stani or Tanche.

Life often brings new journeys to our doorsteps, and starting this website/blog is one of them. I want to share recipes and anything else that I feel is worth sharing. 🤓

Cooking is a deep passion of mine. When I was younger, I even decided to discontinue my university studies to follow my dream of becoming a chef, taking on various jobs in the field. However, the reality of pursuing this career in Bulgaria was somewhat disappointing, so I decided to shift my perspective and quit. Honestly, I don’t regret it for a moment because cooking is my hobby; it brings me peace and joy. It’s best to keep it that way. 😄

I will represent the recipes I share with my Procreate drawings 🎨. They may not be perfect, but I am practicing drawing overall. 😅

The title ‘Stani’s Diary of Advanced Brews, Tonics, and Potion-Cooking’ is inspired by ‘Severus Snape's copy of Advanced Potion-Making,’ and I can’t wait to share a little magic with you. ✨🪄
